Cancellations will be considered only if the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of placing an order for membership. The cancellation and refund of fees or charges will be carefully governed by the Company's Refund Policy as informed and declared from time to time.
No cancellations are entertained for services involving voucher usage that the HeavenKnots.com, HeavenKnots Vendor, and HeavenKnots Bridal App marketing team has obtained on special discounts and offers during special events, festivals, etc. These are limited-time offers and therefore cancellation requests cannot be processed.
Refund Policy
At any point you purchase our services, your service is covered by our 72-hour money-back policy. In the event you wish to cancel your booking, we will happily issue a full refund, subject to deductions for legal documents or services already provided. To request a refund under this policy, you must contact us within the initial 72 hours of your payment. Simply send an email to support@heavenknots.com. We will process your refund, and the entire amount of your fees will be credited back to you within 5-7 working days of your refund request, except on bank holidays when the refund will be processed on the next working day.
Refunds will be processed through the same payment mode within 5-7 working days in the event of a cancellation.
